1. Delivery Method At Prime Metal Alloys, we sell digital products (E-Books/PDFs). Therefore, we do not ship any physical products to your address. All orders are delivered electronically via email or direct download links.
2. Shipping Costs Since our products are digital, there are NO shipping charges. Delivery is 100% Free for all orders.
3. Delivery Timeline
Instant Access: In most cases, you will receive your download link immediately after successful payment.
Email Delivery: A confirmation email containing your download link will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
Maximum Time: In rare cases of server delays or payment verification, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
4. What if I don’t receive my order? If you have not received your E-Book link within 30 minutes of purchase, please check the following:
Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes automated emails land in the spam folder.
Promotions Tab: If you use Gmail, check the ‘Promotions’ tab.
Typo in Email: Ensure you entered the correct email address during checkout.
If you still cannot find your order, please contact us immediately, and we will manually resend the link.
