Refund and Returns Policy

1. Digital Products Policy At Prime Metal Alloys, we take pride in the quality of our E-Books. However, due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer returns or exchanges once the files have been downloaded or accessed. Unlike physical products, digital items cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios We do not issue refunds for:
Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the E-Book after purchasing and downloading it.
Failure to Read Descriptions: If you purchased a product assuming it was something else, despite the product description being clear.
Dissatisfaction with Content: While we strive for quality, personal preference varies, and we cannot refund based on subjective opinion.
3. Eligible Refund/Exchange Scenarios We DO offer a full refund or exchange under the following specific circumstances:
Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same E-Book twice, we will refund one of the transactions.
Technical Issues: If the file is corrupt, damaged, or cannot be downloaded, and our support team is unable to fix the issue within 48 hours.
Wrong Product Sent: If you received a download link for a different E-Book than the one you purchased.
4. How to Request a Refund or Exchange To request a refund or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

Please include your proof of purchase and a screenshot of the issue (if applicable).
5. Processing Time If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, etc.) within 5-7 business days.
